Ingenious Privacy Policy Please read this Privacy Notice carefully as it describes how our products, services, and technologies use your personal data. Unless a separate, or supplementary privacy notice is provided, this Privacy Notice applies to our use of personal data across our websites, financial products and services, software, apps, tools, and other services and functionality we provide, both online and offline (collectively referred to as “INGENIOUS SERVICES”). This Privacy Notice may be relevant to you even if you are not a customer of ours and have never used INGENIOUS SERVICES. We may be in possession of your personal data because we have received it from a user of INGENIOUS SERVICES.
  1. WHO WE ARE Ingenious Business Software Pte Ltd (201020197E) is a Singapore company which develops and provides high quality accounting software as well as financial products and services. Our Head Office is located at 10, Ubi Crescent, #07-70 Lobby D, Ubi Techpark, Singapore 408564. Throughout this Privacy Notice, when we say INGENIOUS, we mean our company and related corporations (collectively as “we”, “us” or “our”).
  2. THE TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT INGENIOUS collect and process Data as part of our business operations including Personal Data. “Personal Data” is any information that identifies a person. It is almost impossible to list all the types information which may be considered as Personal Data and the types of information we collect and use will be determined by the types of INGENIOUS SERVICES that you are using. Nevertheless, the Personal Data that INGENIOUS collects and uses as part of our business operations may include your name, age, gender, nationality, race, marital status, profession, identification card or passport number, residential address, phone number, email address, financial data and banking account details. If you are a corporate entity, “Personal Data” will include data related to your business’s finances, taxes, employees, customers, suppliers.

Accordingly, most of the Personal Data that we collect and use is provided by you directly.     • all other person(s) whose services are necessary or incidental to our business operations.We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners like publishers, advertisers, developers, or rights holders. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.Some INGENIOUS SERVICES allow you to provide access to your account to other users authorised by you (hereinafter as “Authorised Users”). These Authorised Users will have access to information in your account including Personal Data and may perform various tasks on your behalf. In this case, you will have full responsibility for any collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data by your Authorised Users.
  6. YOUR RIGHTS At INGENIOUS, we respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data.
